FAQ’S

Differently from using a bike rack or a hook, PARKIS itself lifts a bike vertically.

Vertical bike parking allows you to save at least 40% of floor space dedicated to bike storage. Having used several PARKIS, you will be able to park your bikes surprisingly close to each other, that way you will save even more space. By the way, your bike will always be in its place with PARKIS, and will not hinder anyone.

PARKIS fits the majority of popular bicycle models. However, there are a few qualifications due to which it might not fit your bicycle. Click the button to find out more.

PARKIS is designed to be mounted on a flat wall. It also can be attached to other firm structures such as a balcony rail or support made specifically for PARKIS. We suggest installing PARKIS under the roof or shelter to avoid direct precipitation.

PARKIS is maintenance-free, although you shouldn’t leave “unloaded” PARKIS for too long.

Safety is our top priority. Therefore, an adult’s presence is highly recommended when children use PARKIS.

Exclusive, Stainless Steel and Basic models are also designed to be used in public areas. These models must be installed with the Locking Gates accessory for that purpose, which allows locking and leaving bikes in public places and protects PARKIS from unintended damage.

The most popular locks can be used to lock your bike over a frame if the Locking Loop or Locking Gates accessories are installed.

Yes, Parkis is an excellent option for storing e-bikes vertically. It is particularly beneficial for heavier bikes, as their rear wheel remains on the ground with Parkis’ bike lift. That means that only half of the bike’s weight needs to be raised, making the parking process smooth and effortless.

PARKIS is the bicycle lift. To lock a bike over a frame (using a regular bike lock), we recommend installing the Locking Loop or Locking Gates accessories.

No. The bottom end of the PARKIS profile (the long part) must touch the floor. PARKIS lifts the bicycle to its length, and the rear wheel always stays on the ground.

Since the rear wheel always stays on the ground, a pivoting function is not available. However, the Angle Extension accessory allows installing PARKIS at a 45-degree angle.
